  • InvaderProduct2in1Header

Introducing the Invader Series, a high-performance line within our GT Tools Series, developed specifically for milling abrasive materials like graphite. The Invader tools feature a patented geometry with short, ultra-stable cutting edges that significantly reduce deflection—delivering exceptional precision, longer tool life, and flawless surface finishes. Within the series, the 2-in-1 Flute Design subseries goes even further, combining roughing and finishing capabilities into a single tool. This unique flute architecture boosts efficiency while maintaining superior control and edge stability, making it the ultimate choice for streamlined, high-accuracy milling.

PATENTED* STABILIZED CUTTING GEOMETRY FOR MORE PRECISION

The GT Invader Series boasts a patented cutting-edge geometry featuring short, ultra-stable cutting edges specifically engineered to reduce deflection. This design dramatically improves precision during high-speed milling and reduces tool wear, especially in abrasive materials like graphite. Less deflection means tighter tolerances, cleaner surface finishes, and longer-lasting performance—even in demanding industrial environments.

    2-in-1 Rough/Finish Design series

The 2-in-1 Flute Design subseries within our GT Invader Series brings unmatched versatility to your milling workflow. These tools combine roughing and finishing geometries into a single cutting edge—saving tool changes, reducing cycle time, and increasing productivity. The specialized flute layout ensures efficient chip removal during aggressive cuts while still delivering the precision needed for final surface quality. It’s a smart hybrid solution designed to handle high-performance graphite machining with ease.

    FLATCOAT® DIA MULTILAYER DIAMOND COATING

Our exclusive FlatCoat® DIA coating is a multilayer diamond structure engineered for extreme durability. By alternating layers of micro and nano diamond particles, the coating localizes wear and restricts damage to just the outermost layer—unlike traditional long-crystal diamond coatings, where cracks can tear straight through to the carbide. This advanced structure means sharper edges for longer and vastly improved tool life, even under heavy graphite or abrasive milling loads.

PREMIUM CARBIDE, 100% QUALITY CONTROL CHECK

Every GT Series tool is crafted from premium, ultra-fine grain carbide and passes through a rigorous 100% inspection process. Why? Because consistency is key. This guarantees maximum dimensional accuracy, balanced performance, and zero surprises—only reliable, repeatable excellence with every cut.

CLEANER MILLING RESULTS, LONGER LIFETIMES #MILLMOREUNITS

When premium carbide, full tool inspection, and our FlatCoat® DIA coating come together, you get tools that don’t just survive—they thrive. Expect cleaner surfaces, reduced downtime, and significantly longer tool life. GT Series tools are your secret weapon for better results and fewer tool changes.

  • ProtocolHeader

Our measurement protocol is a premium quality assurance service available for select high-end tools. After machining, each tool is individually measured and documented for its exact dimensions. This data is printed on a dedicated label affixed to the tool’s packaging, so you have precise specs in-hand—literally. No guesswork, just exact numbers you can rely on when precision is critical.

DIAMETER AND RUNOUT MEASURED TO ONE MICRON

Both diameter and concentricity (runout) are measured with a precision of 1 micron—that’s 0.001 mm. For comparison, the average human hair is about 70 microns thick, so we’re dealing with measurements at the edge of visibility. These two values—diameter and concentricity—are then combined to determine the tool’s effective diameter.

    RunoutExplainer1
    RunoutExplainer2

Why is this crucial? Because it’s the effective diameter that defines the actual cut the tool will make in your material. Without this data, your CAM software is only guessing. With it, you get exact compensation, tighter tolerances, and more reliable, high-precision results.

ULTIMATE PRECISION FOR THE JOBS THAT REQUIRE IT

When every micron matters, this protocol gives you the edge. By combining real tool data with your digital workflow, you gain total control over toolpath accuracy—ideal for dental implant components, aerospace-grade parts, or any application where absolute precision is a must. It’s not just a tool—it’s calibrated confidence.
